🌺 Flourish Bali Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Retreat Overview

The Flourish Bali Retreat is operated by Flourish Events Tasmania in collaboration with Dr Rebecca Chabot.

Retreat dates: 19 September – 24 September 2026 in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.

2. Booking and Payment

A $1,000 AUD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Final balance is due by 2 December 2025.
Bookings are confirmed only once full payment (deposit and balance) has been received.
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

All payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your booking to another person only with prior written approval from Flourish Events.
Any reimbursement for cancellation, illness, or travel disruption must be claimed through your own travel insurance policy.
Flourish Events reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat if minimum numbers are not met or for unforeseen circumstances. In this case, all monies paid will be transferred to a future retreat or event.

4. Travel Insurance (Compulsory)

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
Your policy should include cover for medical expenses, trip cancellation, flight delays, lost luggage, and retreat fees.
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

5. Passports & Visas

A valid passport (with at least six months’ validity from your return date) is required for entry into Indonesia.
Any necessary visas are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Flourish Events and Dr Rebecca Chabot accept no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documentation.

6. Inclusions

5 nights’ accommodation in Ubud
Breakfast and lunch daily
All wellness sessions and workshops led by Dr Rebecca Chabot
Two (2) Balinese massages per person per day
Transfers to/from Ngurah Rai Airport at set times

7. Not Included

Flights to/from Bali, travel insurance, dinners, alcohol or extra drinks, optional tours and personal expenses.

8. Health & Fitness

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical suitability for the retreat. Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking.

9. Liability & Acknowledgement of Risk

Participants acknowledge that travel and wellness activities carry inherent risks. By attending the retreat, you agree that Flourish Events Tasmania and Dr Rebecca Chabot will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred before, during, or after the retreat unless caused by gross negligence.

10. Changes to Program or Itinerary

The organisers reserve the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, or activities if required due to weather, safety, or other operational considerations. Every effort will be made to deliver an equivalent or enhanced experience.

11. Code of Conduct

This is a women’s wellness retreat built on respect, inclusion, and kindness. Disruptive behaviour or actions contrary to group wellbeing may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

12. Photography & Media

By attending, participants consent to the use of group photographs or video for Flourish Events promotional purposes, unless a written request for exclusion is received prior to departure.
